"I just got word from Jim in your Service Dept. that my 2003 FLSTSI was being picked up for shipment to me at home in Alaska. Let me say that everyone at Manatee River HD I have dealt with by phone from 5000 miles distant, has been extremely courteous, knowledgable, hepful and friendly. I just completed the acquisition of acquiring the bike I have wanted since I "missed the boat" on 2003. I purchased a 2003 100th Anniversary Edition FLSTSI from a private party in Bradenton. Your dealership played a key pivotal role in both my peace of mind, as to what I was purchasing "sight unseen"...inspecting it for me, and preparing it for shipment. I had it delivered to your dealership Saturday 2/17/07, and then your Service Dept. did a safety "pre-purchase" inspection and dyno-run for me Monday 2/19/07. It is now Tuesday 2/20/07 and Jim just called to say Moverquest (Allied Van Lines) was picking up my bike. Daniel Berdan, Jim and Gil in your Service Dept. are owed my Many Thanks for all their help. My hats off to you guys, Thanks Again! I hope I can visit your facility during a very long distance trip to Daytona Bike Week next year in 2008!

"From the first minute I walked into your dealership to the day I accepted delivery of my bike, I was treated and received first class and/or VIP customer service. It all started with Mark Vrancken, a member of your Sales Team, who projected a professional demeaner but was truly a "people person". He was informed and up to date on not only the type of bike I was interested in but it's accessories, technical data, preformance, etc. Next I worked with Scott who assisted me with my selection for a different exhaust system. Terry a member of your Accessory/Clothing Team assisted and provided me with the information I needed to select a helmet. Then your Service Department took over and made sure my bike was delivered on time and to my satisfaction. The Delivery Walk Through was informative and completed in a professional as well as personable manner. I look forward to many more good experiences with your new store. The grand opening on June 4th was a bash! Glad to be a part of it. Being a new store, there is so much room on your web site for new stories, comments, pictures from all HD enthusiast's and I hope people begin to submit their experiences for all to share. I took my first HOG Ride the other Sunday, up to Highlands State Park and every one enjoyed the good ride and time together. You can bet I'll be in line for the ride to Solomon's Castle on the 14th.
